    Coupon Codes and Happy Hour

    How many coupons may be applied to one order?

    Only one coupon per order can be applied at checkout.

    • Items purchased with a 20% off or more coupon code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

    Happy Hour Sale Policy

    • Happy Hour Sale extends only between 8 P.M. - 9 P.M. on days it is announced.
    • Happy Hour sales do not apply to purchases made prior to 8 P.M. or after 9 P.M CST
    • Happy Hour is an ONLINE sale.
    • All purchases made during Happy Hour can only be returned within 30  days for ONLINE STORE CREDIT.
    • Once the order has been placed, we can not cancel it.
    • During Happy Hour if you have any questions use our chat feature located at the bottom right of the website! We can reply back instantly rather than waiting on the phone or checking our social media.
    • We do not adjust or match price.
    • We do not refund orders that were placed prior to 8 P.M. on Happy Hour days.
    • All sales on products in our sale collection are FINAL.

    How do I know what size is best for me?

    We carefully source our clothing for the best fit possible. Everything we carry is measured for accuracy. Each item has its own size chart that you can refer to as well as the model’s measurements. If you need help deciding on a size, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at customerservice@rhinestoneleopard.com and we would be happy to help you.

    Once you have completed your order, you may log into your account and view order status & history at the top of our homepage.

    How do I know if my order was placed?

    Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

    Can I edit or change my order after checking out online?

    If for whatever reason you need to change or otherwise update your order after completing check out, please contact us at customerservice@rhinestoneleopard.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your has been processed, we will be unable to make changes to your order.

    Rhinestone Leopard is not responsible for orders shipped back to our office due to undeliverable addresses. Please confirm your address is correct before submitting your order.

    Will sales tax be added to my order?

    We will only add sales tax to orders placed within the state of Texas, and rates vary by county.


    We offer free shipping over $100 within the contiguous United States, except for shoes.

    • Standard Shipping is $5.98 if order total is under $100
    • ALL footwear is $5.98 to ship

    What shipping methods do you offer?

    At this time, we offer USPS Standard. Please get in touch with us if you would like your order expedited with another service. Please note you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

    When will my order ship, and can I track my package?

    Order will be processed and shipped out within 48 hours. It will be shipped 2-5 Day USPS First Class Mail. You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email.

    Please be aware that Rhinestone Leopard is not responsible for transit delays or liable for mail that be lost in transit. Please refer to your tracking number and contact your USPS carrier directly with any questions or concerns once your package has left our store.

    Do you ship internationally?

    We do not ship internationally at this time. When and if we do offer international shipping, rates will vary. Please note the customer will be responsible for all foreign taxes and customs fees.

    Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    Yes, all orders with USPS Standard or Priority mail can ship to PO Boxes. If you have made another arrangement with us for a different carrier, please let us know a residential or business address to ship to instead.
