    While we sincerely hope you love your new clothes, we understand that sometimes, you may want to exchange for a different style. Don't forget that our online inventory is completely separate from our brick and mortar inventory. You cannot not receive in store/brick & mortar credit for your online exchange.

    At Rhinestone Leopard, returns for refund will be returned to your original form of payment when postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

    Exchanges Only within 30 calendar days from the date you place your order. If this item is out of stock store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

    All shipping fees are non-refundable.

    All sales items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    When you send your return package, include the original invoice, with a note indicating the reason for your return. Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the items.

    Please allow 5-10 days for package transit when you are returning your items. This will ensure that we receive your exchange within the 30 day window.

    Local Drop off

    Merchandise may be dropped off at our store location within business hours. Please have your packing slip with your order information on it. Please allow up to 4 days for your exchange to be processed. Once your online store credit has been applied, an automated email will be sent to you. Don't forget that our online inventory is completely separate from our brick and mortar inventory. You cannot not receive in store/brick & mortar credit for your online exchange. Our store hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 10-5.

    Items purchased with a 20% off or more coupon code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

    Items that are found in the SALE TAB are final sale only and cannot be returned.

    Items must be returned in original packaging. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn. We will not accept return orders that have deodorant stains, scents, or other signs of wear. Similarly, if Rhinestone Leopard receives undeliverable packages or an item that does not qualify for a exchange, the customer is responsible for any return processing fee.

    When exchanging shoes, they must be shipped in the original packaging and the original box, indicating the size you require. If we do not have that size in stock, we will apply a store credit to your account for the value of the original shoes. Please do not return shoe box with shipping labels directly on the shoe box. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. If labels are found directly on the shoebox or damage is found on the shoebox, your exchange will not be granted.

    Please be aware that exact colors of merchandise may vary depending on your device’s screen and lighting, so in that situation we cannot honor returns. As the customer, you are responsible for all return shipping fees. We suggest you use a reliable, trackable shipping method to return items to our store. We are not responsible for lost items within the postal service.

    Gift Cards, Intimates, bras, slips, tights, socks and Sale items are final sales and may not be exchanged.

    Processing Time

    Please allow 7 business days for your gift card to be issue via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

    Afterpay Returns and Refunds

    Afterpay will adjust your payments from your last installment backwards. This means your final payment might be reduced to zero, but the rest of your payments stay the same. Afterpay systems cannot spread the new purchase price out evenly across your four payments or across the remaining payments.

    Once your order has been returned, Rhinestone Leopard will accept the refund and let Afterpay know.
